Lunar New Year Eve Reunion Dinner Chinese New Year is a time for families and loved ones to gather and celebrate the coming of the New Year. Served in Shang Palace, four themed auspicious set menus specially created by Chef Lai, Executive Chinese Chef , highlights traditional Chinese cuisine on the eve of Lunar New Year. The festive reunion dinner features an array of traditional gourmet dishes, such as Fortune "Raw Fish" Salad, Braised Abalone and Dried Oyster with Soya Sauce, Stewed Shrimp and Scallop in Lobster Broth as well as six kinds of New Year snacks. Shangri-La Hotel Tianjin makes this New Year more glamorous by offering a live cross-talk show during the reunion dinner.
