Executive Chef of The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin, Ornato Antunes, has specially invited Chef I Made Suriana from Bali, to showcase the tropical flavors of Balinese cuisine and create an exciting Southeast Asian food discovery for guests in Tianjin from 12 to 15 June 2017.

Balinese cuisine is a classic example with its perfect blend of special characteristics of food culture from different countries. This time, Chef I Made will be bringing many local spices and food ingredients to the Balinese Food Festival.
