Flying sharks (Windmill circle chase project) at Beijing Happy Valley were left hanging upside down for almost 1 minute on April 10th. Several children were hung upside down for 40 seconds after the accident. Children's crying can be heard at the scene.
The park said in a statement that the encoder has some mistakes so activated an emergency procedure, immediately stopping the facility. The flying sharks was back in operation later after maintenance.
