The Tianjin government has asked residents returning to the city after the National Day holiday to have a negative nucleic acid test result obtained within 48 hours, as well as a green health code, to reduce the infection risk of COVID-19. The holiday ended on Friday.
The municipal government said people who have traveled outside of Tianjin during the seven-day holiday should report their movements to their residential communities or to their employer.
After arriving in Tianjin, citizens should take a nucleic acid test at airports, railway stations, long-distance passenger stations, expressway intersections with nucleic acid sampling points and should not go to the crowded places or dine with others for one week.
