The main structure and shield engineering of the western section of the first phase of Metro Line 11 have been completed and are expected to be completed and open to traffic within the year. After completion, it will be connected to the eastern section of Metro Line 11 that is already in operation at Dongjiangdao Station, enabling interchange with Metro Lines 3, 5, 6 and other lines.
