Davos participants toured industrial zone on the second day of Summer Davos forum in north China's Tianjin City.
They visited the final assembly line of Airbus A320. The Tianjin assembly line, which started production on September 28, 2009, was Airbus's only aircraft final assembly line outside Europe. The line has so far produced 29 A320 planes that are used by eight domestic airlines, including China Eastern Airlines and Sichuan Airlines. It will have delivered 37 A320 aircraft by the end of the year and will be able to make four airliners monthly by the end of 2011.
They also paid a visit to China's oldest watch maker, Sea-gull. On March 24, 1955, it created China's first branded wristwatch "Wu Xing".
