China's new home prices dropped for an eighth straight month in February, official data showed on Friday.
New home prices fell 0.3% month-on-month, in line with January's decline, according to calculations based on National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) data.
In terms of the sales price index of new commercial residential buildings, 8 cities including Tianjin increased month-on-month, while 59 cities fell month-on-month, with Tianjin, Wuxi, and Beihai leading the way with a month-on-month increase of 0.4%.
