From March 29 to April 6, 2024, the "Second Five Avenues Begonia Flower Festival" in Heping District arrived as scheduled.
 

From March 29 to April 6, 2024, the area enclosed by Changsha Road-Chengdu Road-Hunan Road-Chongqing Road-Hebei Road-Dali Road-Guilin Road-Chengdu Road will be designated as the core area (including Hengyang Road, Changde road).
 

During the event, in principle, 24-hour control will be implemented in the core area. Only pedestrians are allowed to enter and exit, and vehicles are strictly prohibited.
 

明起这一区域划为临时“步行区”！

2024年3月29日至4月6日，和平区“第二届五大道海棠花节”如期而至。
 

自2024年3月29日至4月6日，划定长沙路—成都道—湖南路—重庆道—河北路—大理道—桂林路—成都道合围区域为核心区（内含衡阳路、常德道）。
 

活动期间，核心区原则上实施24小时管控，只允许行人进出，严禁车辆通行。
