The information about the collective bargaining for wages paid by enterprises of Phase 1 of 2011 was announced yesterday by the Tianjin Human Social Security Bureau. The related data of Tianjin's economic development, resident income, as well as staff wages were published, which included urban citizens' per capita disposable income and outlay, urban employeees total salary payments and per capita salary data, AWAGE, etc.. Meanwhile, relevant documents on wage and benefits and wage bargaining were collected as well.
According to the figure released for urban employees' per capita labor remuneration result of 19 industries in Tianjin, the 3 largest paycheck industries were: Finance sector - 89,166 yuan, Electricity, gas, and water production and supply - 82,607 yuan, and scientific research, technical services & geological prospecting - 80,485 yuan. In contrast, the smallest paycheck industries are: accommodation and catering - 22,742 yuan, resident services and others - 23,529 yuan and leasing and business services - 28.880 yuan.
Compared with 2009, the 3 industries with the lowest levels of urban employment per capita salary are: mining at 4.2%, accommodation & catering at 8%, and leasing and business services at 9.5%. From the statistic data of 2007 through 2010, we can see that per capita labor remuneration of the accommodation and catering industry is the lowest.
