Tianjin Benefo Tejing Electric and Beijing Innopower Superconductor Cable will form a joint venture called Tianjin Benefo Tejing Innopower Superconducting Current Limiter, reports 163.com. Benefo Electric will invest 300 million yuan into the new entity for a 64.86-percent stake.
Benefo Electric will also fully acquire Tianjin Benefo Tejing High-voltage Electric from subsidiary Tianjin Benefo Tejing Switch Equipment.
Benefo Electric manufactures hydraulic equipment and components, precious metal products, and electrical appliances. Its products include transfer switches and electric transmitters.
