It is reported that Laiyuan Zinc-molybdenum Mining Co of Hebei Iron and Steel Group signed formal shareholders’ agreement of restructuring with Laiyuan Bixi Ming Co marking significant results in restructuring the resources in Dawan mining areas.
The head of relative authorities with Hebei Department of Land and Resources revealed that the mining resources in Laiyuan county mainly include molybdenum primary mineral reserves of 220 million tonnes in Dawan mining area, copper reserves of 1 million tonnes in Muji village mining area a large lead-zinc deposit with unproved reserves in Lianbaling mining area and iron ore reserves of 500 million tonnes in Dushancheng mining area.
As per report, till now, Laiyuan Zinc-molybdenum Mining Co has completed restructuring of 9 private owned enterprises in the mining area.
