Tianjin Faw Xiali Automobile Co., Ltd (szsh:000927) released its October’s output and sales report on November 9, showing its vehicle sales declined 17.96% year on year from 24.849 unites to 20,385 units in October,2011.
The company sold 209,265 vehicles in the first ten months of 2011, up 6.28% year on year from 196,892 units the year-earlier period.
The report revealed the company’s vehicle output hit 17,063 units in this October, down from 20,650 units in the corresponding period of 2010. Its vehicle output accumulated to 212,080 units in the first ten months, up from 196,456 units a year ago.
Therein, the company sold 16,229 Xiali cars and 4156 Weizhi and Weile vehicles this October. At the same time, Xiali vehicle output touched 13,268 units and Weizhi and Weile vehicle output came to 3795 units.
Founded in June 2001, Tianjin Faw Xiali is an economy vehicle maker controlled by FAW Group, engaged in production and technology development of complete vehicles, engines and transmissions.
