For 2012, Tianjin launched an activity with the theme of “serve businesses &boost development” to provide services to small and medium-sized enterprises. There will be 100 events held in Tianjin and these services will benefit more than 50,000 companies. The services will help to boost the transformation and upgrade of 4,500 companies to become high-tech small and medium-sized enterprises within 2012.
Tianjin will build and improve 10 SME public service platforms and will provide small and medium enterprises needed talent , technology and information services. In 2012, Tianjin will hold the 9th China Small and Medium Enterprises Fair, 7th APEC SME Technology Exchange Exhibition and 2012 Bohai Rim SME Green Industry Summit to show the latest products and technology to small and medium-sized enterprises. These activities will support and encourage SME’s to actively participate in professional exhibition activities in both China and abroad.
Tianjin will also organize a training program about raising capital to help small and medium-sized enterprises understand financial products and get familiar with the procedure of applying for loans and raising capital.
