The reporter learned from the Management Committee of the Central Fishing Port Economic Zone that, three companies, including Shenzhen Hongtao Decoration Co., Ltd., Beijing Fenxiang Ship Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Tianjin Northern Yacht Fishing Club Co., Ltd., were formally registered in the Central Fishing Port Economic Zone for investment.
According to reports, Shenzhen Hongtao Decoration Co., Ltd. will invest in the Central Fishing Port Economic Zone for the construction of “Hongtao Decoration Industrial Park” project which covers about 150 mu, with a total investment of 280 million yuan, constructing the 80,000-square-meter production plant for yacht decoration products and supporting facilities. The project, after being put into production, is expected to achieve annual total revenue of more than 600 million yuan; profit and tax will total over 100 million yuan. Beijing Fenxiang Ship Technology Development Co., Ltd. will carry out projects in the Central Fishing Port such as the yacht offshore sightseeing tour, sailing ship driving training, offshore sailing races, and weekend short-distance sailing experience and so on. Northern Yacht Club Co., Ltd. of Tianjin Binhai New Area will establish Tianjin Yacht Northern Sea Tourism Co., Ltd. in the Central Fishing Port Economic Zone, for the development and construction of sea sightseeing projects.
As far as we have known, the three companies have settled in the fishing port, forming the north yacht industry chain with the Sino-Australian Royal Yacht City and sea sightseeing buses. The Central Fishing Port Economic Zone will rely on Sino-Australian Royal Yacht City, Hongtao yacht decoration industrial park and other advantageous project, sparing no efforts to build a yacht industrial clusters with the simultaneous development of three major industries of yacht manufacturing, yacht exhibition, and yacht club, forming the Bohai leisure and tourism characteristic economy, and speeding up the construction of the Northern Yacht Industry Center.
