He has More than 20 years of culinary experience and specialized in Cantonese Cuisine and he worked in numerous 5 star international hotels including Starwood Group. He received compliments from American Ambassador, Politician and the Prince of UAE.
Chef Huang has specially prepared a menu that incorporated the sensational taste of Cantonese delights. Be prepared to smack your lips, lick your fingers and then involuntarily sigh with pure pleasure. In August, chef Huang’s recommendation menu from RMB25 + 15% service charge per dish.
For the coming September, he and his team also engineered a menu of popular Hairy Crab in a choice. Hairy crab dishes are available on the a la carte menu.
