Second Minister for Foreign Affairs Grace Fu will make a four-day visit to China on March 23.Â

Ms Fu, who is also Second Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, will visit Beijing and Tianjin at the invitation of National People's Congress Vice Chairperson and All China Women's Federation (ACWF) President, Shen Yueyue.Â

Apart from calling on Ms Shen in Beijing, Ms Fu will also meet National People's Congress Foreign Affairs Committee Chairperson Fu Ying, Party Secretary and Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Governance (CAG) Chen Baosheng, Communist Party of China International Department Vice Minister Chen Fengxiang, and other senior Chinese officials.Â

Ms Fu will visit the CAG to share experiences on governance issues with CAG faculty and students.Â
Â
She will also attend a ministerial dialogue with Singaporeans based in Beijing.Â

In Tianjin, Ms Fu will meet Mayor Huang Xingguo.Â
Â
She will also visit the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City for an update on the developments there.Â
Â
The eco city is the second government-to-government project between Singapore and China.Â
Â
Ms Fu will be accompanied by Parliamentary Secretary for Social and Family Development Low Yen Ling and officials from the Foreign Affairs and National Development ministries.
