SHANGHAI -(Dow Jones)- Tianjin Infrastructure Construction & Investment ( Group) Co. said Thursday it plans to sell CNY5 billion ($732.4 million) worth of five-year medium-term notes on the interbank market April 1.
The company said in a statement it will use the proceeds to repay bank loans and supplement its working capital.
China International Capital Corp. and China Construction Bank Corp. are the main underwriters of the deal, it said.
