This summer, Milan Restaurant brings to you the famous Italian Michelin-starred Chef Graziano Prest on the 12th and 13th of May as he will prepare a culinary feast to indulge food connoisseurs in Tianjin. He will bring his talents to present a unique Michelin-star dining experience, featuring a combination of traditional flavours and innovative culinary techniques.

Italian Michelin-starred Chef Graziano Prest 米其林星厨-Graziano Prest 主厨
- In 1993, as the Chef of Moena Malga Panna, he won the Michelin star honor. - From 1998 to 2000, he was Executive Chef at the Monaco Grand Canal in Venice. - Later, in 2003, he owned his own restaurant, Tivoli Restaurant, and the Michelin-starred chef's title was once again determined. - Since 2009, he has been a professional sommelier. - In 2012, he received an Outstanding Cooking Certificate from the Italian Institute of Fine Arts. - In 2013, he won the Cucina D'Autore Award from the Guida Touring Club. - In December, 2014, as the winner of the Trofeo Tagliapietra Award, he made a contribution to a new creative dish made from dried squid. The award-winning dish was named as " Codfish with chantarelles and capers and potatoes."
