There was 1 new imported case reported in Tianjin as of 21 of April.
 

The 236th imported case is a Chinese who lived Sudan recently. The patient took a flight from Sudan via Germany and arrived at Xi'an Airport on March 21. After the quarantine finished in Xi'an, the patient came to Tianjin on April 6.
 

So far, of all the 236 imported cases, 226 patients have been discharged upon recovery. 10 patients still hospitalized.
 

- No imported suspected cases are undergoing test.
- No new locally transmitted cases or suspected cases were reported.
- 7 asymptomatic infection cases are undergoing medical observation right now
 

天津新增1例境外输入感染者

4月20日18时至21日18时,我市新增1例境外输入新冠肺炎确诊病例（中国籍），累计报告境外输入确诊病例236例（中国籍211例、菲律宾籍8例、美国籍4例、乌克兰籍3例、法国籍2例、委内瑞拉籍2例、波兰籍2例、乌兹别克斯坦籍1例、俄罗斯籍1例、哈萨克斯坦籍1例、立陶宛籍1例），治愈出院226例，在院10例（其中轻型4例，普通型6例）。
 

第236例境外输入确诊病例，中国籍，近期居住地为苏丹。该患者乘坐航班自苏丹经德国，于3月21日抵达西安机场入境，机场检测未见异常，即转送至当地集中隔离医学观察点。4月6日解除隔离后来津，由所在单位专车接入宿舍隔离，当时新冠病毒核酸检测结果为阴性。14日（入境后第21天）新冠病毒抗体IgM、IgG检测结果均为阳性，即转入滨海新区集中隔离医学观察点。20日滨海新区疾控中心新冠病毒核酸检测结果为阳性，即由120救护车转送至海河医院治疗。胸部CT示：双肺支气管、细支气管炎，右肺中叶及左肺下叶索条影，考虑慢性炎症或部分肺组织膨胀不全。经市级专家组综合分析确定为我市境外输入新冠肺炎确诊病例（轻型）。该患者全程实施闭环管理。
