On July 3, a woman rode an unlicensed motorcycle to a gas station in Zhengzhou, Henan province. However, an employee saw that the vehicle did not have a license and refused to fill up. According to Chinese regulations, a copy of ID card is required to refuel motorcycles, and some gas stations stipulate that motorcycles cannot be refueled.
A foreign man sitting on the back of the motorcycle, began abusing staff in both English and Chinese.
A passerby was angry when seeing the staff was unfairly treated, and was ready to have a fight, but was stopped. And the foreigner shouted to the man and ask the woman to "have moral integrity", implying that it is a shame to have such a companion.
Eventually, the woman and the foreigner left the gas station when someone was about to call the police.
