Tianjin has determined school start dates or announced online class arrangements.
 

Tianjin municipal education authorities announced that primary and junior high schools in Tianjin will officially open on Feb 23 and kindergartens will open according to their situations.
 

Schools can organize online lessons from Feb 16 to Feb 22.
 

Students will be strictly checked with their "health code" when they register and return to school.
 

All teachers, students and employees who leave Tianjin within 14 days must return to school with a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before the start of school.
 

Since January 15, 2022, teachers and students with a history of living in the city's lockdown areas, control areas and prevention areas should return to school with a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours or a negative nucleic acid test certificate before unsealing.
 

天津中小学开学时间定了！

昨天，市教育两委疫情防控工作指挥部发布《关于我市中小学2022年春季学期开学安排的通告》。据了解，2月23日，全市中小学生返校上课。中等职业学校、幼儿园和特殊教育学校参照执行。
 

根据《通告》，2月16日至2月22日，全市中小学校可利用“广电云课堂”和天津市基础教育资源公共服务平台提供的2022年春季学期中小学精品课程及体美劳素质拓展类课程等资源，开展线上教学。凡14日内离津的师生员工（含外包服务人员）开学前需持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明返校。2022年1月15日以来，具有我市封（管）控区及防范区旅居史的师生员工，持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明或解封前核酸检测阴性证明返校。
 

《通告》明确以下情形暂不返校：（1）具有市防控指挥部确定的重点排查管控地区（以津云最新更新发布信息为准，含陆路口岸城市等）旅居史且未完成相应健康管理的师生员工；抵津前14日内，具有高中风险地区和高中风险区所在县（市、区、旗、直辖市为所在区）旅居史的师生员工；抵津前14日内，具有1例溯源不清或来源不明的本土新冠病毒感染者的县（市、区、旗、直辖市为所在区）旅居史的师生员工。（2）本人或共同生活的家庭成员为尚处于隔离管理或居家医学观察期内的确诊病例、无症状感染者、疑似病例，或被疾控部门判定为密切接触者、次密切接触者的师生员工。（3）14天内具有发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛、嗅（味）觉减退、腹泻等症状且未经鉴别诊断排除新冠病毒感染的师生员工，或已排除新冠病毒感染但症状未消失的师生员工。
