The Chinese mainland reported 1,284 new locally transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases on Wednesday, the National Health Commission said on Thursday.
 

Of the local confirmed cases reported Wednesday, 890 were in Jilin, 322 in Shanghai, and 14 in Zhejiang.
 

Besides, a total of 39 new imported COVID-19 cases were reported across the mainland.
 

Wednesday also saw 21,784 new asymptomatic carriers on the Chinese mainland, including 21,711 local ones and 73 imported ones, said the commission.
 

Shanghai reported 322 locally transmitted COVID-19 cases, 19,660 local asymptomatic infections, seven imported patients and one imported asymptomatic infection on Wednesday, said the Shanghai Health Commission on Thursday morning.
 

Of all the local infections, 15 confirmed patients were previously asymptomatic infections. Twelve confirmed patients and 19,027 asymptomatic cases were detected during central quarantine, while the rest were found in the screening of high-risk people.

上海19660例，其中浦东新区8296例、闵行区2387例、嘉定区1402例、徐汇区1087例、黄浦区1041例、普陀区1008例、松江区781例、虹口区669例、宝山区653例、杨浦区621例、静安区516例、青浦区465例、长宁区328例、奉贤区267例、金山区76例、崇明区63例；
 

吉林1546例，其中长春市1423例、吉林市122例、四平市1例；
 

6日，上海市新增本土新冠肺炎确诊病例322例和无症状感染者19660例。3月以来，上海这波疫情总计报告阳性感染者已经超过10万例。4月初，江苏、浙江将紧急为上海抗击新冠疫情期间相关隔离人员提供房源，总量为6万间，江苏、浙江各3万间。
 

昨天，北京新增4例本土确诊病例。从4月3日开始，截至6日16时，北京已累计新增18名本土感染者，涉及朝阳、顺义、丰台、大兴四区，可分为3条新的独立传播链。其中，北京朝阳小金阁阁服装店关联疫情已涉及16人，并外溢至一幼儿园。
 

河北省新增3例本土确诊病例和139例本土无症状感染者。
