From September 21 to December 31, 2023, those who purchase new commercial residences in Baodi District will be given a purchase subsidy of 1% of the total purchase price, with a maximum subsidy of no more than 50,000 yuan. Previously, Wuqing District, Jinghai District, and Xiqing District had issued housing purchase subsidy policies.
