Taiwanese solar company Nanowin Technology Co., Ltd. has signed an agreement with the local government to establish a 200MW thin-film solar project with registered capital of $20 million in Tianjin's Haihe Industrial Zone, Solarbe.com reports December 14. The project is scheduled to begin production in June 2010, the report said.
